Lodging requests are on a first come, first serve basis only. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.
Roommates are NOT assigned by the event team. Please make sure to know your roommates before purchasing your tickets to help with room assignments. Thanks!
Lodging Options:
Each ticket price is per person (includes lodging, program, and three meals).
Payments via check and card are accepted. Please note that credit card fees do apply.
Refunds: Included in the event fee is a $10 non-refundable, transferable deposit. Refunds will be reimbursed up to 10 days before the event.
Registration runs until March 2nd. Late registration is an additional $20 from March 3-9.
