The Pastoral Leader Module is a two-day training required for those pursuing Ordination.
This module equips leaders with core pastoral skills needed to serve God's people with wisdom and care. Together we will explore essential competencies such as guiding couples through weddings, walking with families in times of grief, leading funerals, navigating crises, and shepherding people through the sacraments of baptism and communion. In addition, pariticpants will gain practical insight in church finance 101 and the ministry of peacemaking--vital aspects of leading with integrity in today's church.
This module is both formative and practical, designed to prepare leaders to serve with compassion, clarity, and confidence in the sacred moments of ministry.
